The IDP is implemented through the following strategic goals and initiatives:
Enhancing curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment. Keeping programmes aligned with industry needs and university standards.
Upgrading classrooms, labs, library, and ICT facilities. Expanding the campus to support growing student strength.
Training and capacity building for faculty. Encouraging research, publications, and participation in conferences.
Mentoring, counselling, placement support, and scholarships. Ensuring inclusive and student-friendly environment.
Partnerships with industry for internships, guest lectures, and placement. Bridging the gap between academia and real-world needs.
Extension activities, social responsibility programmes, and community service. Connecting the institution with society.
The IDP is implemented through annual action plans, IQAC coordination, and regular review. Each department contributes to achieving the strategic goals. Progress is monitored through key performance indicators and feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders.
